Tinariwen’s ninth studio album, Amatssou, dropped a few weeks back, and with the American leg of their world tour in support of it winding down, the Saharan desert-blues outfit was in the East Village on Monday for a sold-out show at Webster Hall, the raucous crowd happily clapping along all night.
