Léon makes the kind of pop music that’s simultaneously contemporary and an homage to the past without getting stuck in it. Her third LP, Circles, dropped this past March, and with the monthlong North American tour in support of it winding down, the Swedish singer-songwriter captivated Brooklyn Steel on Wednesday.
